IB Diploma Programme ต้องสอบผ่าน 6 วิชา
1. มีอย่างน้อง 1 วิชา จากกลุ่ม 1-5 (5 วิชา) และ 1 วิชา จาก 1,2,3,4,6
2. 3 วิชา เป็น HL อีก 3 วิชา เป็น SL
การจัดสอบ IB มีขึ้นทั่วโลก ปีละ 2 ครั้ง ในเดือนพฤษภาคม พฤศจิกายน แต่ละวิชามี 2-3 Paper หากสอบไม่ผ่าน สามารถสอบใหม่อีกไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง นักเรียนที่มีสิทธิ์สอบ IB คือนักเรียนที่เรียนในโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอน IB เท่านั้น คะแนนเต็มของแบบ IB คือ 45 คะแนน ซึ่งมาจากคะแนนเต็ม 6 กลุ่มวิชา แต่ละกลุ่มวิชามีคะแนนเต็ม 7 คะแนน รวมเป็น 42 คะแนน ส่วนอีก 3 คะแนน มาจาก Extended essay และ Theory of knowledge
